Description
An absolutely exquisite and unusual Edwardian ruby and sapphire ring crafted in 15ct gold. The central star set ruby is of wonderful colour and is in good condition, with minor nibbles to facet edges seen under 20x loupe magnification. The flanking sapphires are cornflower blue in colour and are also in good condition for age. Lovely detail to the ring shoulders.
Hallmarks are crisp and clear marked 15 and 625 for 15ct gold, assayed in Birmingham with date letter for 1903/4 and makers mark for B&H.
