Delivery/Returns

UK Delivery:

Delivery within the United Kingdom is FREE. Your item/s will be sent via Royal Mail “Special Delivery – before 1pm”. Please note delivery timelines may be affected by Covid 19 currently. It is important to us that you get your vintage or antique jewellery as quickly and securely as possible, which is why we always choose to send via a tracked service.

Worldwide Delivery:

Delivery outside of the United Kingdom (Worldwide) International shipping is charged at a flat rate of £15. Orders under £600 are sent via Royal Mail “International Signed For”. With this service, you should expect to receive your item within 7-10 working days. Orders over £600 are sent via either FedEx/UPS/DHL and you should expect to receive your item with 1-3 days.

Local taxes and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note delivery may be affected by Covid 19 currently. We will send you a tracking link so that you are happy in the knowledge your lovely piece of vintage or antique jewellery is safely on the way to you.

Insurance: 

We insure all parcels for International travel over the cost of £200 using an independent postal insurance company, for your peace of mind and ours. 

Packaging

As well as being a sustainable business, giving antique and vintage jewellery a second chance for love, we also aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible with our postage and packaging.

If we have it, we will always send your item in its original box (the description will indicate if the original box forms part of the sale). If however, we do not have the original box, your vintage or antique jewellery will be packaged up securely in a brand new box.

We will wrap everything in high quality recycled tissue paper, using eco-friendly ribbons for the final touch too.

Returns

Your satisfaction is always our primary concern and we want you to be delighted with your purchases from us and with the service you receive. If, in the unlikely event you have purchased an item from us and are not entirely happy with it you may return it with the following guidelines:

  • Please email us within 14 days of receipt of the item/s to let us know of your intention to return the item/s
  • Please return the item/s to us within another 48 hours via a secure and insured service, at your expense. We must receive the item safely to offer a refund
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as they were in when received by you – damaged, broken or altered items (including re-sizing) will not be accepted for a refund
  • We do not accept returns on items bought on layaway
  • We will refund the full purchase price of the item/s within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will however deduct our original postage and packing fees
  • The refund will be in the same form as the original payment. If paid via credit card, please allow a few days once the refund is processed to show on your statement, depending on your issuing bank
  • Please make sure you get in touch with us before returning any purchase
  • For International returns please mark the package as ‘Return of sample merchandise, origin UK, item over 100 years old’. If this is not adhered to duties and taxes will need to be covered by the purchaser and will be deducted from the return fee.
