An absolutely beautiful butterfly wing brooch by Thomas L Mott who made the use of butterfly wings in jewellery fashionable after exhibiting at the British Empire Exhibition of 1924.

This wonderful example dates from 1920s-30s and is in pristine antique condition.

Hallmarked to reverse for sterling silver, with made in England stamp and Thomas Mott makers mark – T.M&Co.
