A lovely and striking antique antique amethyst pendant with a hollow chunky 9ct gold surround, slightly faceted.
Amethyst a beautiful well saturated rich purple colour and good faceting, the amethyst measures 18.8mm x 15.2mm, approx 15ct.
Tested for 9ct gold, no visible marks. We believe this piece is late Victorian, given styling
Condition is largely good, there are some minor dents to surround, but as it is slightly faceted not very noticeable, there is also a small repair at very bottom of pendant. Please review pictures as we have tried to show as accurately and clearly as possible.
