A really rather lovely Edwardian aquamarine brooch modelled in 9ct rose gold and complete with its original gilded box. This brooch is by Manoah Rhodes & Sons Ltd, who were one of the largest jewellers in the north of England and watchmakers to the admiralty.

The birthstone for March, aquamarine is a blue variety of beryl. It derives its name from Latin: aqua marina meaning ‘water of the sea’. Aquamarine gemstones are usually completely flawless! The colours range from pale blue to light green.
