Information about the gems found in this bracelet
Garnets are the birthstone for January, whilst deep red is the most known form of garnet, it does come in a variety of other colours for example Tsavorite, which is green and Rhodolite, which is pink. The name comes from the Latin word for seed, taken to be because of the pomegranate seed, which does indeed look very similar in colour. Garnets have long been used for protection.
