A beautiful multicoloured Victorian Scottish agate brooch with eight different colour/patterns of agate and jasper found in Scotland. The agates are highly polished and are flush set.
These beautiful and colourful brooches were made popular due to Queen Victoria’s own love of Scottish agate jewellery. There are many copies on the market today, but this one is an original with C clasp closure and slate back.
In very good antique condition – some of the silver fixtures not quite in place, but still securely held.
